Contribution of GRAMEEN NGO on Education

On Tuesday morning we set out to visit Grameen Shikkha ("education"), an education initiative which provides school-age children with access to a school education. We were greeted by a class of 30 students of 5-6 year olds. The children were extremely polite and well-behaved, and proudly showed us their reading and writing skills, and recited many songs for our group.

Who are Slum People?

Bangladesh is a small country with vast population. Most of the people have lived under poverty line. Specially, in Dhakacity, most of the people lived in slum area. In slums people, they are deprived form minimum requrement in human life. Basically, those people who have no ability to lid their life, those people are called siums people.
